Refund Policy

The following reasons are covered by our 15 Days FULL Refund/ FREE Replacement Policy. If you are offered a refund or a replacement order, there will be no need to return the received item.

  1. Item received is defective/damaged/broken/does not work properly.
  2. Item received is different from the description or the product customization information.
  3. Incorrect or mismatched size.
  4. Lost/missing items.

No Refund & Replacement

The following reasons are NOT covered by our 15 days Refund & Replacement Policy. We are not liable for these issues.

  1. Request for a refund/replacement is after 15 days of product delivery.
  2. Pick the wrong size, product, address, custom information, etc.
  3. Items that have been washed, worn, or soiled and damaged resulting from the customer's handling.
  4. Personal Reasons due to personal taste, change of mind, etc.
Refund and Replacement Service Procedure
  • Step 1: Contact Customer Support Team via email contact@bigcrowns.com
  • Step 2: Request Refund/Replacement details with photos of the items you received and the received package's cover including the detailed shipping label to best assist you.
  • Step 3: Get Refund or Replacement after we received your ticket.
If your refund is approved, the funds are applied to the same payment method that you used to buy the item.
